RICHIE KOTZEN // ORIANTHI WITH GUEST MARK DALY

Arcada Theatre 105 E Main St, St. Charles, IL, United States

Richie Kotzen, of The Winery Dogs, has always been on a clear, laser-focused mission as an artist. While he is rightfully acknowledged worldwide for being a stellar guitar player, an emotive singer, and, frankly, a balls-out dynamic live performer to boot, Kotzen is quite aware he must maintain an ever-vigilant eye on ensuring one particularly important creative arrow in his artistic quiver continues to be properly nurtured — and that is his songwriting. As a vocalist, Kotzen’s impassioned style exists at the crossroads where the likes of Paul Rodgers, Terence Trent D’Arby, and Rod Stewart meet. With The Winery Dogs now headed back into a musical rest cycle, Kotzen is primed for what’s next.

Orianthi’s first major solo artist success, as a singer-songwriter and guitarist, was with the Geffen Records release of “According To You,” which is now RIAA-Certified Platinum® and has over 29 million streams on Spotify. Her music’s ability to transcend time and remain relevant cannot be clearer than its recent resurgence on TikTok. There are over 110 million views on the “According to You” hashtag making it a viral trend that is introducing Gen Z to Orianthi for the first time in a big way. Career-long fans are used to seeing their favorite world class guitarist playing arenas with rock royalty and global superstars like Michael Jackson, Carlos Santana, Carrie Underwood, Alice Cooper and more. The juxtaposition of her newly arrived online popularity and her lifelong pursuit of artistic credibility shows the transcendence of this shining star.

Cork-based Irish rocker Mark Daly is releasing some of his best music yet. His sound is raw, energetic rock music that has influences from classic rock, post-grunge, and modern rock, creating a unique blend that is Mark’s signature sound.

FREAKSHOW WITH SPECIAL GUEST FUZZRD AND RED VOODOO

Arcada Theatre 105 E Main St, St. Charles, IL, United States

Freakshow’s debut album was a supergroup featuring Miss Crazy’s Ronnie Borchert, Cinderella’s Jeff Lebar, Quiet Riot’s Frankie Banali, & Tony Franklin (The Firm, Paul Rodgers, and Whitesnake). Freakshow founder Ronnie Borchert stormed the rock scene in 2005 as front man for the San Francisco based “Miss Crazy”. He also fronted the melodic rock/glam bands Amsterdam, and Trixie. Ronnies vocals have been likened to Tom Keifer, Joe Elliot, Steve Whitman, & Brian Johnson. Freakshow recorded multiple records with the original lineup who added Cinderella’s Jeff LeBar to the fold. This lineup would carve a place in rock history touring relentlessly supporting three albums 2005-2008.

Fast forward to 2023. Different players, yet another amazing lineup who created a hook filled, blazing rock ‘n’ roll album “So Shall It Be”.  With this current album, Ronny Bouchert brings together – Carlos Cavazo (Quiet Riot) on guitar/vox. Carlos is a virtuoso in his field, well respected by fans and peers worldwide. – Greg Chaisson (Badlands, Jake E Lee) on bass/vox. Greg has always been a master of his craft. His playing and grooves bring life to every album he plays on. – Stet Howland (WASP, Metal Church) on drums/vox. Stet has been leaving it all on the stage for decades and is hot off the heels of a top 20 record and sold out tour with Metal Church. The current touring Freakshow lineup adds Mr Steve Unger of Metal Church to the fold on bass and backing vocals. The time has come for Freakshow to play live. These boys are hungry and ready to rock!

W.A.S.P. ALBUM ONE ALIVE 2024 WORLD TOUR WITH SPECIAL GUESTS DEATH ANGEL AND UNTO OTHERS

Arcada Theatre 105 E Main St, St. Charles, IL, United States

W.A.S.P.: Few Bands in the history of Rock N’ Roll have ever incited the love, the hate, the raw emotional effect this Band has had on the world. From the very beginning, in the small venues of Los Angeles California, and later to the numerous countries worldwide that banned these Winged Assassins from performing live, the Band’s unique style of Shock and Rock caused Religious organizations, Local City Councils, Parliaments, and the Washington D.C. Senate to hold hearings in an effort to bar this group from selling records and trashing stages everywhere they played.

The band’s founding member, frontman Blackie Lawless, has led the group as its lead vocalist and primary songwriter since its beginning. His unique brand of visual, social and political comment took the group to worldwide heights and sold millions of records alongside a legacy of sold out shows across the globe for 4 decades.

Joined by bassist Mike Duda and guitarist Doug Blair, whose tenures in the band span 26 and 18 years respectively, along with drummer extraordinaire Aquiles Priester, will take the Band and the Fans back to where it all started. Complete with the stage show extravaganza that many fans never saw live.

DEATH ANGEL: Not every band can live up to a legacy, but every once in a while a group exceeds expectations by pushing boundaries in a genre they’ve helped create. DEATH ANGEL is one such band and with Killing Season they have raised the bar for themselves as well as maybe even creating a new genre most aptly described as “thrash n’ roll”. Among the youngest bands ever to storm the metal genre, DEATH ANGEL have come to be known as one of the most influential bands to emerge from the thriving Bay Area Thrash Metal Scene in the early 1980s.

UNTO OTHERS: Unto Others is a metal band from Portland, Oregon that was originally formed in 2017 under the name Idle Hands by former members of Spellcaster. The band’s sound is a mix of heavy metal, goth rock, and new wave, with influences from The Sisters of Mercy, Killing Joke, and The Mission. Gabriel Franco, the band’s vocalist and guitarist, cites Spanish rock band Héroes del Silencio as his biggest influence. Franco’s gothic-style vocals are said to complement the band’s emotional and melodic guitar work.
