THE LEGENDS STAGE IN THE ARCADA THEATRE: LIVE JAZZ WITH A TRAIN JAZZ COMBO

Celebrate Jazz with A Train Jazz Combo on our Legends Stage in Rock ‘N Ravioli, located in the lobby of the Arcada Theatre. Food and hand-crafted cocktails are available for purchase. Happy Hour pricing available all night ($5 Beer | $6 Wine and Call Level Cocktails). There is no entertainment fee for this event. No RSVP required.  Seating is first-come, first-seated.  We kindly ask for a two-drink or equivalent minimum. Doors open at 6:00PM  |  Show begins at 7:30PM.

The A Train Jazz Combo is made up of mostly high school students. They include: Charlie Bromley, a sophomore at Schaumburg High School, who plays drums; Braden Estanillo, a sophomore at Oak Park River Forest High School who plays the stand-up bass; and Anthony Luzwick, a freshman at Hoffman Estates High School, who plays saxophone. All of these jazz musicians are active in their respective band programs. Members of the A Train are enjoying the chance to go beyond their high school ensembles, and take their music out into the community. “Playing in the combo style is different,” Anthony says. “It allows us to be more creative and explore our improvisational juices.”
