No RSVP needed and seating and tables are first come first served.  The dance floor is\, of course\, OPEN! \nBorn in New York City and later moved to Chicago\, Frankie Hollywood Rodriguez has had a legendary status with House music long before it captivated the world. Frankie is a original member of The Hot Mix 5. The Chicago house music scene exploded as the Hot Mix 5 show and WBMX 102.7fm became the #1 Radio show in Chicago\, by airing a new sound called House Music. Soon the Hot Mix 5 Radio show became known all over the world as their mixes were sent across America and abroad. Today their mixes are still being sold today on the likes of eBay and other outlets. Many of the Top DJs in the world have recognized The Hot Mix 5 as their mentors\, as to setting the bar of what a DJ can be. The City of Chicago recognized Frankie and the Hot Mix 5’s contribution to the creation of House music and honored them in downtown Chicago on the corner of Michigan Avenue and Balbo Drive with a street called “Hot Mix 5 Way”. Frankie moved on to WBBM FM (B96) Chicago. In 2016\, Scott and his band performed at flood relief benefit concerts in Summersville\, WV and Ocean City\, NJ. Scott and his band performed on Rachel Ray’s SXSW stage in Austin\, TX in March of 2017. In the summer of that same year\, Scott performed on his tour of 27 sold out acoustic shows on the west and east coasts. In July of 2019\, Scott performed with his band in LA at amFAR’s “LifeRide 10 Celebration” to benefit AID/HIV research. Prior to the 2017 EP “Revolution” and the latest singles “Surrender”\, “I Want to Kiss You More”\, and “Cellphone”\, Scott’s band also released two singles\, “Haha Song” and “Forgotten Hero”. SUMMARY:LITTLE  FEAT: THE LAST FAREWELL TOUR
DESCRIPTION:Little Feat announces “The Last Farewell Tour\,” which will begin in April 2026. Little Feat began in 1969 when Frank Zappa told Lowell George he should start his own band. As Lowell happened to have a pretty small shoe size\, the name became obvious. He found a partner/keyboard player in Bill Payne and a drummer in Richie Hayward. After a few transitions\, they added Kenny Gradney (bass)\, Sam Clayton (percussion)\, Paul Barrere (guitar) and eventually Fred Tackett (guitar)\, and began a now 56-year journey that has produced dozens of songs – “Dixie Chicken\,” “Oh\, Atlanta\,” “Willin’\,” “Fat Man in the Bathtub” – and a thousand memories. One result was one of the best live albums in the history of rock ‘n’ roll\, Waiting for Columbus. The road (see above!) is hard\, and it cost them first Lowell George in 1979\, Richie Hayward in 2010\, and Paul Barrere in 2019. The everlasting Little Feat groove demanded playing\, and they added Scott Sharrard (guitar) and Tony Leone (drums)\, and may well be playing at the very height of their powers\, recently releasing a well-received album of original material\, Strike Up the Band. Their inimitable blend of rock\, New Orleans swamp boogie\, jazz\, and blues is not only unique but an ongoing source of delight. Feat has an incredible legacy of music and the celebration that comes with it\, and the near future will see them honoring their own past with more playing.
